Security Officer

As a Security Supervisor at Jabil, your main responsibility will be to provide daily coaching, reporting, and direction to the security personnel and operations. You will need to monitor security cameras for all buildings, react to security, fire, and other alarms as outlined in daily procedures, and review completed shift reports to address critical issues. It will be essential for you to train employees on emergency response procedures and liaise with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to promote and enforce DOD regulations in daily operations. Your duties will also include supervising the security guards on the proper creation and control of credentials, developing shift patrols to monitor campus security, and training the security force in security operations. Additionally, you will need to adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with your position and comply with the company's security policy.
