Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, monitor, and manage all security personnel and security operations within the plant premises.
Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Conduct regular security checks, surveillance, and patrols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, pilferage, and other security breaches.
Manage entry/exit of vehicles, materials, contractors, and visitors in coordination with the security team.
Maintain liaison with local police, fire services, and other external security agencies.
Conduct drills and training sessions for emergency preparedness (fire, evacuation, crisis management).
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and ensure proper recording and reporting.
Prepare incident reports, investigation findings, and submit to management.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company security norms.
Train and discipline the security team to maintain high standards of alertness and integrity.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

Ex-Serviceman (Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary) with strong background in security management.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant service experience.
Preferably Graduate or equivalent qualification (not mandatory for defense background).
Age: Below 40 years (flexible based on experience and fitness).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of security equipment, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures.
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
Integrity, vigilance, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
