• Job Objective

Security Officer

Key roles/responsibilities:

1) Knowledge of Industrial safety systems, Incident reporting, patrolling and emergency evacuation.

2) Effective communication, coordination, alertness and decision making ability.

3) Waste material vehicle IN Word & OUT Word, Weight Slip checking everyday.

4) Awareness of Basic firstaid & Disaster management action.

5)All contractor Worker and DIPL Staff shift Timing checkout and Contractor worker manage in Plant Authorize Worker only.

6) Security and Transport Control at Site.

7) Ability to manage contract security staff effectively.

8) Checking Attendance (Day & Night )of all Security / Staff Respect to location. Rotate of Guards on weekly / conduct surprise night visits. ensure that proper Uniform and other necessary items are available with guard.

9)Familiar with CCTV, fire alarm system, access control and radio communication and Emergency Siren.

• Internal Interfaces : Employee, Contract Manpowers etc.
• External Interfaces : Drivers, Visitors etc.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Qualification : 10+2(Higher Secondary) with preferred Graduate with Ex-Servicemen from Police,Paramilitary or Defence
• Experience: 5-10 experience in industrial operation as Security personal.
• Basic computer skill(MS world,Excel,Email)
• Good communication qualities and interpersonal skills required.
• Good fluency in Hindi and keen to learn conversational English or Gujarati.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
