Job Title: Security Marshal Club
Department: Security & SafetyExperience Required: 5-8 years in Security / Ex-Defense / Hospitality SecurityRole Overview:The Security Marshal will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the club premises, members, and staff. The role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring access control, and managing emergency response. The individual should be disciplined, vigilant, and experienced in handling security operations in a high-profile hospitality/club environment.

Key Responsibilities:Security OperationsMonitor and manage the overall security of the club premises, including entry/exit points, parking, and restricted areas.Supervise security staff and assign duty rosters to ensure full coverage across all shifts.Ensure members, guests, and staff are provided with a safe and secure environment.Manage crowd control during peak hours, member events, and special functions.Surveillance & Incident ManagementOversee CCTV monitoring, access control, and patrolling of club property.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks and hazards.Respond promptly to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies.Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and recommend preventive actions.Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with club policies, safety regulations, and statutory security requirements.Liaise with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.Conduct periodic fire safety, evacuation, and emergency drills.Implement SOPs for member/guest safety and crisis management.Training & SupervisionTrain and guide security staff on protocols, etiquette, and member interaction.Enforce discipline, grooming standards, and professionalism among the security team.Promote a culture of vigilance and safety awareness within the club.

Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of security and safety operations.Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of guards/marshals.Incident response and crisis management skills.Excellent observation, vigilance, and decision-making abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills (especially for member interaction).Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and emergency equipment.Ex-servicemen / Defense / Paramilitary background preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:Graduate / Diploma in Security Management (preferred).5-8 years of experience in security, preferably in clubs, hotels, or large hospitality establishments.Prior experience handling VIP/HNI clientele will be an advantage.Ex-Defense / Police / Paramilitary background strongly preferred.
