We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead the security for our Greenfield project.
The role involves developing and implementing site security strategies, managing security personnel, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring 24x7 safety of people, assets, and property.
The candidate will be responsible for surveillance, access control, emergency response, risk assessment, vendor & contractor security, and compliance with statutory and industrial security standards.
Prior experience in manufacturing or large project sites with strong leadership, crisis management, and people-handling skills is essential.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Security/Administration) | Ex-Servicemen / Defense/ Retired Ex-Servicemen Preferred| Additional certifications in Industrial Security, Safety, or Risk Management preferred
