The selected candidate will be responsible for performing security investigations, coordinating breach response, and maintaining the security monitoring infrastructure. While experience is not mandatory, candidates with relevant experience in the role will be considered. The candidate will collaborate with internal Information Technology, Product Assurance, Engineering, and Tech Stack Vendors. Opportunity: - Analyze threat information from multiple sources and disciplines across the Intelligence Community. - Synthesize intelligence information and draw insights about possible implications. - Identify vulnerabilities and potential for exploitation in collected information. - Assess cyber criminals or foreign intelligence entities" capabilities and activities to support investigations or activities. - Respond to urgent situations to mitigate immediate and potential threats. - Investigate and analyze response activities. - Assist in malware remediation and configuration auditing of network and operating systems. Requirements: - Understanding of network, systems, application, and cloud security, particularly with AWS. - Knowledge of information security concepts. - Strong technical communication and analytical skills. - Excellent time management, organization, and creative problem-solving skills. - Effective oral and written communication, along with strong presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology/information security or equivalent. - Proficiency in one or more languages such as German, Japanese, French, or Spanish is desirable for this role. About the role As a Cluster Head - Security and Investigations at Meesho, youll run a Regional org focused on reducing Security incidents and identifying, reducing and resolving malicious losses and frauds on the ground. Youll achieve it by forging strong collaborations with the Business and Operations teams, Operations partners and Sellers alike. Youll work closely with the mentioned teams in order to serve our users better. To this end, youll also lead key initiatives, audits, formulating and implementing SOPs and deliver impactful projects to cater to security and loss prevention needs for the organization. Your guiding question in this role will be How can we build an efficient, fraud-free, high on ownership and integrity supply chain, while keeping customer experience at max. Youll answer this question every day through owning the Security and Investigations charter for the Fulfillment and Experience, and Meesho at large. What you will do Develop and Lead the Cluster Security and Investigations Charter for a Region comprising multiple states. Coordinate with stakeholders from Operations and Central Control tower, Legal, Trust & Safety and other relevant teams to design short and long-term security, loss and fraud identification and prevention strategies. Partner with Cluster and Area operations teams to mitigate risk of theft, fraud and other high impact incidents. Performing risk assessment of site & operation model and frame mitigation measures. Regularly do security analysis, and work with Central teams for setting the right SOPs across nodes. Conduct regular security and process audits on the ground based on central data inputs Close the audit exercise by ensuring corrective measures and action on the identified stakeholders (employees/delivery personnel/sellers/ops vendors). Create Org and liaisoning muscle to intervene in case of ops disruptions and untoward incidents happening in different parts of the region. What you will need 8-12 years of work experience with substantial experience in managing a geographically dispersed security, investigations and loss prevention team, with KRs around detection and prevention of security and loss incidents. Experience in Physical security operations and Investigations, preferably in E-commerce, Fulfillment, 3P Logistics, Supply chain, Operations, or relevant security experience in similar high growth tech startups. Outstanding organizational skills.- Superior problem-solving and incident and case management skills. Experience in team building, managing, and coaching will be a plus. Knowledge & experience of laws applying to police & legal action and the judicial process. Ability to travel, sometimes at a short notice.

Property and Asset Management You will be in charge of the safety and security aspects of your designated site. Your role will be to prevent Security lapses and be the first responder to emergency and non-emergency situations. Security planning, risk assessment & formulating effective guarding strategies are some of your key responsibility areas. Your role will incorporate managing the following: Supervising security staff, assigning/monitoring work assignments and providing training in daily security procedures, customer service skills, basic life safety and first aid, etc. Maintaining and updating security policies, checklists and procedure manual. Having a working knowledge of all current building s security panels, fire and life safety code requirements. Managing all manpower records for on-roll and contract staff (training, compliance documents and scheduling details) Ensuring fire drill is carried out every week for security and unit staffs. Control buildings access and monitor activities of visitors. Conducting Security investigations and preparation of Incident report. Tracking of material movement and stock of lost and found. Regular and ongoing communication with Property Manager/Team members/Clients regarding events, incidents, concerns of Security Team members, recommendations, staffing needs, etc. Approving and interviewing hiring of contract security staff personnel. Ensuring customer related briefing is provided to all site employees. Carrying out weekly meetings with vendor operations head and share M.O.M with PM and client. Reviewing security after hour s reports and monitor staff performance. In case of emergency coordinate with the respective tenant /administration staff/client and ensure quick movement/transfer the injured person to the nearest hospital by coordinating with and handing-over to local doctors / local legal bodies etc. Drafting disaster management plan in co-ordination with site team members & Property Manager. Playing a key role emergency (i.e. fire, evacuations human crisis, etc). Monitoring and being a part of performance/behaviour related meetings regarding contract staff Implements and provides budgets relating to the security requirements and staffing.
