Security Guard

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. You will be expected to maintain a high level of awareness, enforce company policies, and respond promptly to any incidents.

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

Provide a visible presence that enforces safety and security.

Control access to the premises by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs.

Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and detect evidence of tampering.

Assist in the event of emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents.

Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel as required.

Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field preferred.

Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.

Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

Surveillance skills and detail orientation.

Integrity and professionalism.

Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods.

JD for security guards

Age – minimum 30 years

Experience – min 5 to 7 years

Education – 12th pass

Computer knowledge – preferred.

English – must be able to read and write English

Industrial security & Admin experience – preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
