Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Access Control & Surveillance: Monitor entry/exit points, check IDs/passes, inspect bags or vehicles. Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV cameras, report unusual activity. Emergency Response: Respond to alarms/emergencies, coordinate with emergency services, support evacuation. Health, Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure safety protocols, report hazards like broken locks or damaged fences. Communication & Reporting: Maintain incident logs and daily activity reports, report security breaches. Customer Service / Public Interaction: Assist visitors/students/patients while maintaining security posture. Shift Duties: Be available for assigned shifts, hand over issues to next shift guard. Qualifications & Skills· Minimum 10th Pass (preferably 12th). Prior experience (1–3 years) preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of conflict resolution & emergency response. Good physical fitness; ability to walk/stand for long durations. Basic communication in Hindi; English is a plus.
