Job Description: Security Guard
Job Summary:
Tru Prime is looking for experience Security guards .The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets by maintaining vigilance and enforcing security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
* Check ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain visitor registers.
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent unauthorized access.
* Safeguard company property and report any suspicious activity immediately.
* Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
* Ensure compliance with security rules and company policies.
* Respond promptly to emergencies, fire alarms, or security incidents.
* Assist during audits, inspections, and emergency situations.
* Maintain discipline, alertness, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications:-
* Minimum education: 10th pass/ 12th Pass (preferred).
* Prior experience as a Security Guard is an advantage (fresher’s may apply).
* Ex-servicemen or trained guards preferred.
* Physically fit and able to work in shifts (day/night).
Skills Required:
* Alertness and observation skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic record-keeping ability
* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
