Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or any security breaches.
• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Operate surveillance equipment and maintain a log of activities and incidents.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances to ensure safety and security.
• Assist in emergency evacuations and provide support during security incidents.
• Report any suspicious activities or potential security threats to management.
• Ensure all security protocols are followed and enforce rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and provide necessary documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff, addressing their security concerns.
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of 10th Pass.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a security role or similar position.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Ability to operate surveillance and security equipment effectively.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with people.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including patrolling and responding to emergencies.
• Reliability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
