Job Description

Job Title: Security Guard Location: Rohtak, Haryana Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time (12 Hours Shift / 7 Days a Week) Job Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Safeguard property, assets, and personnel by patrolling and maintaining surveillance. Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or disturbances within the premises. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities. Maintain daily logs of security activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences. Conduct regular checks of gates, doors, and security systems. Assist in managing crowd control during events or busy hours. Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations. Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs immediately. Provide assistance to staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements Minimum 10th / 12th pass (preferred). Prior experience as a security guard will be an advantage. Physically fit and alert for long hours. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week. Good communication and observation skills.
