Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Luxury Resort, Cabo De Rama, South Goa

Job Summary:

Security personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, premises, and assets. They monitor and respond to security threats, enforce rules and regulations, and provide assistance to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to detect and prevent security breaches.

2. Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.

3. Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms to detect and respond to security incidents.

4. Respond to security incidents, such as alarms, fires, or medical emergencies.

5. Manage crowds and ensure that individuals are not putting themselves or others at risk.

6. Enforce rules and regulations, such as no smoking or no trespassing.

7. Provide assistance to individuals in need, such as first aid or directions.

8. Report security incidents and write detailed reports.

9. Maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarms.

10. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to prevent and investigate crimes.

Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and run.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to observe and detect security breaches.

4. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations.

5. Valid certifications in security, first aid, and CPR (preferred).

6. Ability to pass a background check.

Working Conditions:

1. Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

3. High‑stress environment, responding to security incidents.
