Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of all areas within the facility, aligning with BKT Balkrishna Industries Limited security standards.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections to identify and address any security issues or breaches.
• Manage access control by verifying and recording the entry and exit of personnel and visitors at BKT Balkrishna Industries Limited.
• Operate surveillance equipment and monitor security cameras to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, and take appropriate action to address any emergencies.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, security incidents, and observations.

Requirements

• 0-6 months of experience in a security or guarding role; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
