**Job Description:** As a Regulatory Audits Support Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting relevant data from each respective team to support data collection for regulatory audits. Your role involves validating the collected data to ensure it addresses the audit request. In case any regulatory request is not on target, you will escalate the issue to your supervisor. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect relevant data from each team for regulatory audits - Validate the collected data to address audit requests - Escalate any regulatory requests that are not on target In the role of Vulnerability Management Specialist, you will ensure that all vulnerability management activities are conducted effectively. You will regularly review all sources of vulnerability management, identify true positive issues, and track to ensure timely resolution within SLA. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct regular reviews of vulnerability management sources - Identify and address true positive issues - Ensure timely resolution of vulnerability issues within SLA As an Assessment Management Support Specialist, your responsibilities include collecting relevant data from respective teams for security assessments. You will validate the collected data with your supervisor, participate in assessment meetings, and ensure that all assessment steps are completed within the specified timeframe. Any deviations will be escalated promptly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect data for security assessments - Validate data with supervisor - Ensure timely completion of assessment steps - Escalate any delays in assessment process In the area of Risk Management, you will monitor risk remediation activities that exceed the risk appetite. Additionally, you will develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, report to boards and working groups regularly, provide advice, and resolve conflicting goals. In Compliance & Assurance Management, you are expected to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring control implementation and effectiveness, tracking control attestations and exceptions, participating in security incident investigations, and documenting findings with recommended corrective actions. **Additional Company Details:** The company emphasizes the importance of maintaining efficiency in project management processes such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment. You will need to identify and mitigate potential risks while controlling project scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts through effective change management. For Metrics and Reporting, you will support International GRC management and entity management reporting needs. Analyzing security metrics data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies is crucial to pinpoint areas of concern or improvement opportunities. In Project and Program Management, you will oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and timelines while serving as the primary contact for escalations and resource issues. It is essential to develop program strategies and project plans aligned with strategic and business goals, considering all dependencies and constraints. As part of Project and Program Operations, you will drive projects to successful completion by closely monitoring progress, addressing roadblocks promptly, and ensuring milestone achievements. In case an assessment is off-track, you will track and support all remediation actions. For Customer Inquiries, you will assist in collecting relevant data and creating customer collateral. Ensuring all activities required for certifications, such as SOC, are conducted timely, and performing data validation with your supervisor are essential tasks. Regarding Reporting, you will collect all necessary data for reports, input data in specified formats, and ensure timely completion within specified timetables. ,
