Security Field Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Field Security Officer to oversee security operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will be field-oriented, able to manage teams of security guards, conduct inspections, ensure compliance, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision & Field Operations

• Conduct routine visits to assigned client sites to monitor security operations.
• Ensure proper deployment of security guards as per client requirements.
• Check attendance, grooming, behavior, and performance of guards.
• Provide immediate support during emergencies or escalations.

Client Coordination

• Interact with client representatives such as Facility Managers, Admin Heads, and HR teams.
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

Training & Discipline

• Train newly deployed guards on site-specific duties, protocols, and safety measures.
• Conduct refresher training for existing guards.
• Ensure guards follow uniform standards, discipline, and company policies.

Compliance & Documentation

• Verify guard attendance, duty rosters, and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines, labor norms, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare inspection reports and share updates with management.

Incident Management

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or security breaches.
• Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with management and clients for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in the security industry.
• Ex-servicemen/Defense/Police background preferred (but not mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be willing for extensive field travel.
• Knowledge of security SOPs, guard management, and compliance rules.
