Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Lead the architecture and execution of Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) solutions including retention, records management, and data classification.
• Design and implement Microsoft Purview DLM configurations for data governance, including retention labels, policies, and file plan management.
• Drive the implementation of retention policies across Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and VIVA.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and data residency requirements.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to translate governance requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage policy and technical configurations for retention labels, event-based triggers, and trainable classifiers.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to IT teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, technologies, and best practices related to Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Purview and its roadmap.

Experience Requirement:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 security and data governance.
• Proven expertise in requirements analysis, design, development, operations, and production support of Microsoft M365 Purview DLM.
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft 365 environments and dividing M365 system landscapes based on GEO-specific requirements.
• Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Purview solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and related M365 tools.
• Deep understanding of retention policies, labels, records management, file plan configuration, and disposition reviews.
• Proficient in using PowerShell for compliance automation and policy management.
• Experience applying data lifecycle solutions in highly regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare).
• Proficiency across all Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Familiarity with MS Graph API, audit requirements, and compliance processes.
• Professional certification such as SC-100 is preferred.
