Role & responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade email security solutions. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Trend Micro CAS (Cloud App Security) for protection across email platforms (Microsoft 365, G Suite, etc.). Maintain and optimize Cisco Umbrella (DNS Security) policies and deployments to protect against phishing, malware, and other email-borne threats. Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents related to email and DNS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate email and web-based threats. Maintain and update threat detection and prevention rulesets, policies, and standards. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email and DNS security. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures. Maintain documentation and provide regular reports and dashboards related to security incidents and threat activity.

Position Summary We are looking for an onsite Cybersecurity Engineer (L2/L3) with strong expertise in Forcepoint DLP Endpoint & Web. The engineer will be deployed at the customer location under an FMS model and will be responsible for implementation-focused activities, technical deployment, configuration, and L2/L3-level support. This role does not include routine operations or L1 monitoring. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Deployment Lead onsite deployment and configuration of Forcepoint Endpoint & Web DLP. Participate in requirement gathering with customer stakeholders. Support architecture validation, sizing, and solution design inputs. Build, configure, and optimize DLP policies, custom rules, workflows, and use cases. Perform upgrades, patching, and enhancements as required. Technical Support (L2/L3) Provide onsite L2/L3 troubleshooting for deployment, agent rollout, endpoint integration, and policy behaviour issues. Coordinate with Forcepoint TAC/OEM for advanced issue resolution. Support integration with directory services, proxies, and endpoint security tools. Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and provide mitigation steps. Coordination & Cross-Team Engagement Work closely with customers security, network, infrastructure, and endpoint teams to ensure smooth execution. Support UAT, testing cycles, and policy fine-tuning with business stakeholders. Coordinate with the OEM/partner teams for escalations and best practices. Documentation & Reporting Maintain deployment documentation, change records, and implementation reports. Provide weekly updates, progress logs, and technical status to customer management. Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions as required. Required Skills & Experience 37 years of experience in DLP engineering (L2/L3 level). Strong hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP components (Endpoint, Web, DLP Manager, policies, endpoint agents). Proven expertise in implementation, deployment, and integration (not limited to operations). Strong understanding of data protection concepts, compliance frameworks, and DLP policy logic. Experience with supporting technologies such as CASB, proxies, endpoint security, AD/LDAP, etc. Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong communication with customer stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Forcepoint certifications (e.g., FP-CSE, FPP). Experience working in enterprise-level environments. Exposure to large-scale endpoint rollout and policy deployment. FMS Engagement Model Expectations Full-time onsite presence at customer location. Daily/weekly reporting as per customer-defined template. Collaboration with customer teams for planned changes, deployments, and enhancements.
