Summary:As a Data Security Specialist, you will implement DLP and other data security solutions and define Policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct data discovery assessments to identify and classify sensitive data across various systems. Develop and maintain data classification policies and procedures. Design, implement, and manage DLP solutions to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access and loss. Monitor DLP alerts and incidents, conducting investigations and coordinating responses as needed. Define and fine-tune DLP policies and suggest client for custom policies Identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats through proactive monitoring and risk assessment techniques. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address insider incidents and develop response strategies. Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies related to data protection and insider risk. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on data security best practicesProfessional & Technical Skills:

Experience in Data security, with a focus on data protection, DLP, and insider risk management Experience in tools like MS Purview, Proofpoint DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Symantec DLP, etc. Familiarity with data discovery and classification tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Varonis) Strong analytical and investigation skills Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
