About The Role
Job Title - Security Tools Deployment Analyst + T&O Security Tool Deployment Team
Management Level :Level 11 - Security Analyst

Location:Bangalore
Must have skills:Technical Knowledge on Infrastructure, Servers & Network devices, Knowledge on ticketing tools (ServiceNow), Good Communication skill & Knowledge on MS Excel

Good to have skills:Knowledge on Security Tools
Job
Summary:Security Analyst to coordinate with business contacts and internal teams to deploy security tools for new sites.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage & administer Tools Deployment process

Deploy and configure security tools by coordinating with business contacts and Tools Support teams within SLAs

Collaborate with other internal support teams & business contacts to address the deployment related issues / enhancements / long term solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation for security tool configurations and procedures.

Work with stakeholders for process improvements & automations.

Reports Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on different areas as per business requirement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge on information security & security tools Knowledge on IT infrastructure, Servers & Network devices

Work experience on ticketing tools like ServiceNow

Knowledge on Excel macros / power query
