Job Description

Monitor, manage, maintain servers, network devices, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.

Ensure system uptime, patching, and performance tuning as per SLAs.

Strong command on Linux and Windows OS.

Perform daily health checks, backups, and log reviews for operational stability..

Manage patching on Linux/Windows servers.

Collaborate with applications and security teams to resolve cross-platform issues.

Handle vulnerability management, remediation, and governance.

Implement and monitor security controls for servers and network devices.

Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.

Support system performance analysis and capacity planning.

Provide L2/L3 technical support for infrastructure issues.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Strong understanding of Windows/Linux server administration.

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Ready to work 24x7 shifts.

Exposure to security practices, endpoint hardening, access control management.

Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / related field.

2–3 years’ experience in infrastructure support or system administration.

CompTIA Server+ / Network+ / Security+
