Job Description

Hiring: Oracle Cloud PaaS Developer (VBCS / APEX / ATP)

Location:

Oracle Cloud PaaS Developer

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements for web/mobile/low-code applications.
Design UI/UX, data models, and develop applications using
VBCS (JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML5/CSS)
and
APEX (PL/SQL, Forms, Interactive Reports)
.
Build and optimize backend solutions in
ATP
, including schema design, PL/SQL packages, tuning, backup/DR, and scaling.
Integrate applications with other cloud services (REST/SOAP APIs), manage data migrations, and use ETL/HDL where needed.
Work with DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and code reviews.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure database and application security.
Prepare technical documentation, assist in testing (Unit/UAT), and support post–go-live activities.
Stay updated with Oracle Cloud features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent.
5+ years of hands-on development experience in
VBCS, APEX, Oracle Cloud databases
.
Strong skills in
SQL, PL/SQL, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS
.
Practical experience with
Oracle ATP / Autonomous Database / Cloud RDBMS
.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

Certification in
Oracle Cloud (VBCS / APEX / ATP)
.
Experience in global/multi-region deployments.
Knowledge of
OIC, Autonomous Data Warehouse, OTBI/BIP Reporting
.
