Summary:We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) L3 Operations Engineer to support and troubleshoot complex issues in a large-scale Identity Governance environment. This role focuses on advanced production support, workflow diagnostics, provisioning failures, connector troubleshooting, and rule-level debugging.The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with IIQ internals and must be comfortable analyzing logs, resolving complex lifecycle events, and managing end-to-end identity operations
Roles & Responsibilities:-Provide L3 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, analyzing and resolving complex provisioning, workflow, rule, and lifecycle management issues.-Investigate failures in Identity Requests, provisioning plans, approval flows, and scheduled tasks, performing detailed log and root-cause analysis.-Troubleshoot aggregation, correlation, and identity cube creation issues across authoritative sources and connected applications.-Analyze and fix connector-level issues (AD, JDBC, REST, Web Services, custom connectors) and support integration-related defects.-Review and debug BeanShell rules and workflows, identifying defects and validating logic without introducing functional impact.-Monitor and maintain scheduled tasks, background jobs, and system health, ensuring consistent identity processing and data quality.-Support incident, service request, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.-Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-system IAM issues and dependency failures.-Perform impact analysis and validation for code/configuration changes introduced by development teams or during upgrades.--Drive continuous improvement in operational stability, implementing permanent fixes, automation, and best practices for IIQ operations.-Lead and support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities, including failover validation, environment health checks, and restoration of IAM services
Professional & Technical
Skills:
-Experience working with log analysis platforms (e.g., Sumo Logic, Splunk, ELK, etc.)-SQL query skills for operational analysis.-Familiarity with Unix/Linux for basic troubleshooting.-Exposure to ITSM/ITIL processes
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
