You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide 24x7 global technical support activities for the Banks Security Technologies and Service Continuity on a rotational shift basis. - Participate and contribute to MIH by applying technical skills and making decisions. - Interact with key stakeholders and senior management for escalations with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Support and troubleshoot issues in databases, security tools, and analysis. - Coordinate security-related activities such as scheduled maintenance, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification. - Strong Unix administration knowledge, Linux operating systems. - Clear understanding of Windows servers and Networking concepts. - Strong communication skills for stakeholder management. - Adherence to processes laid down by the Program and Project team to produce high-quality deliverables and work artifacts. The purpose of the role is to provide a primary liaison service between the business, technology, and security functions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and support the mitigation of security risks. **Additional Details:** This role is based out of Pune. As an Analyst, you are expected to perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders, execute risk assessments, develop and implement security policies, manage security controls, and identify emerging cybersecurity trends.
