Security Analyst

As a Security Analyst at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the digital landscape and ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape by driving innovation and excellence - Utilizing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings - Ensuring the security of systems and architecture across various security domains such as data security, security risk management, asset security, and identity and access management - Execution of security risk assessments and building threat models to identify vulnerabilities within IT systems, applications, and infrastructure - Providing timely communication of key findings and recommendations to stakeholders - Enabling DevSecOps by engaging with customers and stakeholders to provide security advice - Supporting incident response and investigations by collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams - Participation in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification - Demonstrable understanding of complex solutions and designs from a people, process, and technology perspective - Good relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Knowledge of information security best practices - Ability to discuss the underlying technology and security controls - Awareness and understanding of Barclays business unit responsibilities and structure - Knowledgeable about existing best practices for integration of security controls - Awareness of core development methodologies and associated technologies - Possession of a security qualification or certification This role will be based out of Pune.
