Job Description

You are applying for the position of Security Analysis Specialist Advisor ISM at NTT DATA in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As part of this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure the seamless delivery of information security services while promoting overall information security protection for the customer's assets. **Role Overview:** The Security Analysis Specialist Advisor is responsible for acting as a trusted partner in information security with the customer. This role involves collaborating with the client to understand, anticipate, and recommend risk mitigation strategies that align with the customer's business objectives and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure delivery of information security services in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements such as PCI and SOX - Assist clients in defining and implementing information security policies, strategies, and procedures - Participate in strategic design processes to translate security and business requirements into effective systems and processes - Identify and recommend information security improvements aligned with customer's goals - Participate in audits and coordinate information security activities - Drive remediation efforts related to information security incidents and vulnerabilities - Identify security weaknesses and gaps in current operations and work towards bringing them up to standards - Review service management reports to ensure ticket remediation and SLA adherence **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of relevant experience - Knowledge of standards and regulations impacting information security (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, SOX) - Applied knowledge of risk management concepts - Experience with information security audits, compliance, and quality initiatives **Preferences:** - One of the following certifications: CISSP, SSCP, CISM, CEH - Undergraduate or graduate degree - Customer relationship management experience at the senior level - Strong knowledge of systems and network administration - Knowledge of Globally Accepted Information Security Principles - Strong knowledge of network security and server/desktop configurations In addition, NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving Fortune Global 100 clients and committed to long-term success through innovation and transformation.
