As a Senior Associate, you are expected to be competent to expert in technical aspects and advanced beginner in professional and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with 2-4 years of related experience, is required. Your decision-making rights include professional development, resolution of complex items, and identification, resolution, reporting, or escalation of exceptions, breaches, and suspicious activities. Your time allocation will involve problem-solving (35%), core processing and reviewing (35%), training and coaching specialists (5%), professional development (5%), and generating process improvements (20%). Your role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance with risk and regulatory requirements to drive the organization forward.,
