Securities Services Product Development - Associate Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS)

As an Associate in the IMOS Product Development team, your role involves promoting the design and delivery of key aspects of the strategic middle office product. You will collaborate with product management, technology, and operations teams to define requirements, perform business and data analysis, and execute key programs. Your main responsibilities include: - **Strategic Roadmap execution**: Design and implement the strategic IMOS roadmap, from analysis to testing and delivery. - **Product improvement**: Identify opportunities for product enhancement, efficiency, and standardization, and drive process improvements. - **Collaboration with Technology**: Partner with the technology team to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. - **Program management**: Organize and develop a program plan, break it down into achievable deliverables, and exhibit strong program management skills. - **Risk and Issue management**: Manage project risks, resolve issues, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and management. - **Team coaching**: Mentor team members and contribute to broader group objectives. **Qualifications Required**: - Proven experience in middle office service functions or products. - Familiarity with IBOR and/or investment accounting data. - Comprehensive understanding of trade capture, lifecycle events, core positions management, and various operational functions. - Understanding of bank loans or fixed income products. - Strong business and data analysis skills. - Previous experience in managing strategic change programs. - Excellent communication capabilities. - Logical and structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, and Project. The preferred qualifications include proficiency in the SWIFT messaging standard and familiarity with the Arcesium platform.,
