Job Summary:

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire security operations of the organization or site. This includes managing security personnel, ensuring the safety of property and personnel, enforcing security protocols, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Operations & Management
• Plan, implement, and monitor the overall security strategy.
• Supervise day-to-day security operations at all sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and surprise checks.
• Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage security staff.
• Prepare and monitor duty rosters, shift schedules, and deployment plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when required.
• Surveillance & Incident Response
• Oversee CCTV and access control systems.
• Investigate and respond to incidents such as thefts, trespassing, or emergencies.
• Maintain records of security incidents and prepare reports for management.
• Compliance & Protocols
• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and security regulations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all guards are in uniform, carry ID cards, and follow post duties strictly.
• Liaison & Coordination
• Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and government bodies as needed.
• Liaise with clients (if applicable) regarding site-specific security needs and updates.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security status.
• Prepare incident, accident, and investigation reports.
• Monitor attendance, manpower records, and guard movement.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preference for Ex-Servicemen or Diploma in Security Management).
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in security operations or management roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic surveillance, fire safety, and access control systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Crisis management and emergency handling.
• Conflict resolution and team management.
• Local language proficiency (if required by location).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
