Job Summary: The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire security operations of the organization or site. This includes managing security personnel, ensuring the safety of property and personnel, enforcing security protocols, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies when required. Key Responsibilities: Security Operations & Management Plan, implement, and monitor the overall security strategy. Supervise day-to-day security operations at all sites. Conduct regular site inspections and surprise checks. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage security staff. Prepare and monitor duty rosters, shift schedules, and deployment plans. Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when required. Surveillance & Incident Response Oversee CCTV and access control systems.
