Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating with State TS Managers for monthly collection & timely submission of Dalmia & Competitor cement samples for benchmarking studies to PQM lab, as per approved plan
Maintain the record & acknowledge the receipt of samples submitted to lab.
Well adept with Indian Standards for physical testing of cement samples
Responsible for planning & conducting all the physical tests of cement (benchmarking studies and complaint) samples, in an orderly manner, as per timelines.
Systematically maintain and periodically update the test results in MS Excel (as per approved formats) to PQM Lab coordinator/Manager
Monitor & maintain the lab conditions as per Indian standard requirements
Maintain stock record of consumable items in cement mortar lab and periodically update it to PQM Lab coordinator/Manager for timely re-purchase
Responsible for AMCs, calibration, periodic repair and maintenance of cement mortar lab related equipment
Responsible for training & demonstration of cement mortar lab related tests & procedure to newly joined off role/on-role TS officials, masons & contractors
