Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plant Financials preparation and review and ensuring the entries are posted in line with the IND AS
Monitoring and review of month-end book closing activities, Inline with FSCP
Reviewing Month end, quarter, and yearly provisions and reversals
Review of Controls & Corrections in the accounts department
Spearheading the GL review activities
Interunit /Intercompany material transfer and monitoring the SAP accounting
Evaluate and manage capital expenditure projects.
Review of ongoing capexes, analysis of time overrun & cost overrun projects
Review of depreciation Fixed Asset schedule & IT depreciation schedule
Handling statutory audit and timely closure, including IFC, IND AS , and Schedule III compliance
Preparation & review of Notes to accounts.
Review of Schedule III schedules, ensuring all the schedules are prepared in line with the latest amendments
Internal audit co-ordination & ATR follow-up and closure of all pending audit observations
SOP,DOA & Accounting Manual adherence
Related party transaction review and compliance with board approval
Conducting AGM/Secured creditors /Unsecured creditors for the company
Coordinating various Annual General meetings and secretarial activities of the companies registered in Dalmiapuram address
Monitor corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance
Interunit/intercompany reconciliations review and monitoring
Other works as may be assigned from time to time.
Guiding the F&A team wherever asked for in the areas of Accounting, costing, Taxation and other strategies
