Cement Mill

Responsibilities:

Maintenance planning of Preventive, Predictive and Scheduled maintenance
Good knowledge about HT/LT Breakers, Motors, Transformers, IMCC , LRS, Switch Yard equipment and about relays.
Effective man power utilization and maintaining site as per business requirements
Co-ordination with Cross Functional Teams to carry out plant requirements on daily basis
Co-ordination with condition monitoring department to check the healthiness of equipments
To update equipment maintenance history and check lists on regular basis
Should have good knowledge on SAP to update maintenance records as per SAP system
Making effective RCA for any kind of breakdown analysis and preparation of action plan
Should have good knowledge on MTBF & MTTR and ensuring Equipment Reliability and Availability as per business target
Monitoring spares consumption and good knowledge on effective spares maintenance
Equipment spares planning and procurement follow-up with Purchase department
Co-ordination with Vendors for Materials/services in terms of technical conformity
Should have good knowledge on Budget preparation, Estimation and follow-up for Revenue, Capex and Modification jobs
Co-ordination with Project dept. to carry out current and upcoming/future Capex Jobs
Execution of Project jobs as per schedule
