Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is always clean and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as directed by management.
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and coordination between departments.
  • Handle courier dispatch, incoming mail, and office supplies inventory.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
