· Enter customer orders accurately into the system and ensure timely processing.
· Handle customer queries and enquiries through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
· Generate and print invoices/bills for orders scheduled for delivery.
· Track order dispatches and deliveries to ensure customers receive their products on time.
· Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfilment.
· Maintain customer data and order records in the system.
· Provide updates and feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction or recurring issues.
· Assist in improving processes for better customer experience.
