About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Secretary & Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help our executives focus on strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials Run errands and perform personal assistant duties as needed Liaise with internal departments and external partners Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or similar administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Previous experience supporting senior executives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Show more Show less
