Looking for Female candidate for the position of Executive Assistant to
Directors.
Location: Cotton Green - Harbour line (2 min from Station)
Job Timings: Mon to Fri - 9.30am to 5.45pm
Saturday - 9.30am to 2.30pm
Every Month 2 nd Saturday Off
Job Profile as below -
Responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, mgmt Compose, prepare
correspondences, memorandums, agendas & minutes of meetings. Also, MIS and
Data Managing. Should be able to do multi-task.
Maintaining the calendar plan for scheduling and fixing meetings.
Should have excellence in reporting skills with expertise in excel
Should have capability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in most
effective & efficient manner.
Make travel arrangements for related local and overseas trip. Looking after the
hospitality part (i.e. arranging for lunch , hotel etc)
To work on various MIS to be shared with Department Heads, and coordinate with
Branch heads for consolidated MIS reports.
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director, by arranging
travel, meetings, conference calls, managing the Director’s diary, assisting him to
organize the workflow and follow up actions delegated by the Director, etc.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
