  7. Submit timely and accurate reports, track deadlines, and follow up on pending matters.
  8. Attend meetings, record minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  9. Adhere to company policies and represent the organization in a professional manner.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
