The role of Secretary-National-Business Consulting PI-CBS - AWS - CNS Executive Assistants in CBS - AWS - CNS Executive Assistants involves supporting client-facing teams, managers, HR, Accounts, Admin, and IT in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing the office of the Partner, handling communication, administrative operations, and providing support for travel arrangements. The role also involves managing meetings, calendars, and organizing presentations for the Partner/practice team. Qualifications for this role include being competent in managing responsibilities in a high-pressure environment, having strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The ideal candidate should be a graduate/post-graduate with a background in Finance, Business Management, Mass Communications, Public Relationship Management, or HR. Additionally, experience in using computers, emails, presentations, and internet tools is required.
