Kindly find below the job description: • Filing of forms and returns under the Companies Act 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeover) Regulations. Updating on the latest amendments in the above statutes and update checklists accordingly Facilitate the convening of meetings and attend Board, committee and general meetings and keep track of various documents related to meetings.
