Secretarial & Compliance Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of 

  ROC compliance

   and secretarial work, including annual filings, company incorporation, and MCA-related matters.
• Manage 

  Company Law compliance

   and provide advisory services for private limited companies, LLPs, and startups.
• Assist clients in obtaining various business certifications, such as 

  MSME, ISO, GeM Registration,

   and 

  Startup India

  , along with other business-related approvals.
• Ensure timely filings and compliance with all MCA and statutory deadlines.
• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, minutes, notices, and resolutions.
• Serve as a primary compliance advisor for clients, independently resolving day-to-day queries.
• Coordinate with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–10 years of working experience in 

  Secretarial & ROC Compliance

  .
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, LLP Act, and MCA processes.
• Practical experience in handling 

  MSME, ISO, GeM, and Startup India

   certification processes.
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the MCA portal.
• Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and independently.

   10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
