We provide a wide range of solutions in taxation, accounting, compliance, and business certifications for clients with turnovers from ₹1 Cr to ₹30 Cr. We are looking for a Secretarial & Compliance Professional with 3–10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, statutory compliances, and hands-on experience with various government schemes and business certifications. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of ROC compliance and secretarial work, including annual filings, company incorporation, and MCA-related matters. Manage Company Law compliance and provide advisory services for private limited companies, LLPs, and startups. Assist clients in obtaining various business certifications, such as MSME, ISO, GeM Registration, and Startup India , along with other business-related approvals. Ensure timely filings and compliance with all MCA and statutory deadlines. Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, minutes, notices, and resolutions. Serve as a primary compliance advisor for clients, independently resolving day-to-day queries. Coordinate with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed. Qualifications & Requirements 3–10 years of working experience in Secretarial & ROC Compliance . Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, LLP Act, and MCA processes. Practical experience in handling MSME, ISO, GeM, and Startup India certification processes. Excellent drafting and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and the MCA portal. Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and independently.
