Job Title: Subject Teachers (English, Mathematics, Hindi, and Science) Location: Pancy Children's Academy Sr. Sec. School Employment Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the respective subject along with B.Ed. (preferred) Subjects & Classes: Class 11 & 12 - Accounts, BST, IP, Economics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Maths. Class 9 & 10 - SST, English, Science & Maths Key Responsibilities: Develop lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and interactive activities. Encourage conceptual learning and problem-solving skills. Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience. Prepare students for exams and guide them in academic development. Keep track of student progress and communicate with parents when needed. Skills & Competencies: Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage students with creative teaching methods.
