We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary School Teacher to join our academic team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering subject-specific lessons to students from Classes 5 to 10, as per SSC board guidelines. 🎓 Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum. Create and implement unit plans, lesson plans, and assessments. Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and active learning in students. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Conduct periodic tests, evaluate student progress, and maintain academic records. Coordinate with parents/guardians during PTMs and provide academic feedback. Contribute to school events, academic planning, and extracurricular activities. Integrate technology and modern teaching tools wherever possible. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices. ✅ Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred). Subject-specific qualification (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. for Science, B.A./M.A. for English). Minimum [0–2] years of teaching experience at the secondary level. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Fluency in English (and other languages as needed, e.g., Marathi/Hindi).
