Job Description

Plan and deliver effective lessons in line with the curriculum guidelines. Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and examinations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents. Identify and support students who require remedial assistance or additional support. Train and mentor students for various intra- and inter-school competitions and activities. Incorporate innovative teaching strategies and remain updated with the latest educational technologies and methodologies. Participate actively in staff meetings, workshops, training programs, and continuous professional development. Take responsibility for organizing, coordinating, and assisting in school functions, events, and co-curricular activities. Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with other faculty members and administrative staff to promote the holistic development of students. Ensure regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
