SEBI Audit (Fresher)

As an SEBI Audit (Fresher) at a reputed CA firm located in Sion, Mumbai, your role overview will include assisting in audit, inspection, and compliance of Authorized Persons (APs) and conducting audits of authorized persons of stockbrokers. You will be responsible for scrutinizing documents and certificates to ensure regulatory compliance, examining if authorized persons operate per SEBI regulations and Exchange guidelines, preparing audit reports, documenting findings, and recommending improvements. Additionally, you will be implementing circulars issued by SEBI/Exchanges related to AP audits and handling outstation audits, ensuring smooth execution and reporting.
