Search Specialist & Enterprise Search

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Search Specialist to join the Enterprise Search Platform Team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the platform powered by Sinequa, ensuring smooth data indexing, performance, and usability across enterprise search use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the Sinequa platform (indexing, relevancy tuning, data ingestion).
• Develop and integrate search-based applications and features.
• Monitor and optimize search performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and UI/UX teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in enterprise search.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Sinequa or similar search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, Coveo).
• Proficiency in Java, Angular, Python, or .NET.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data integration (REST APIs, Postman).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Background in NLP / Machine Learning for search.
• Experience with AWS and enterprise-level data platforms.
