Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who is motivated, self-driven, and eager to contribute to a long-standing, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will work closely with software engineers, product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to develop and enhance innovative scientific software tools. Key Responsibilities Implement new features and user stories across front-end and back-end systems. Install, test, and maintain software in production and staging environments. Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. Propose and present system enhancement ideas to the team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and end users. Work in an agile Scrum environment. Participate in workshops and team meetings (occasional travel to Poland, ~2 times per year). Qualifications & Experience Language Proficiency: Fluent in English Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience Technical Skills Must Have: Backend: Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate Frontend: JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Frameworks: Vue.js (2 or 3), Quasar, Vuetify Scripting: Python 3.x Version Control: Git Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB Nice to Have: Docker containers GitLab CI/CD Kubernetes Elasticsearch Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
