SAP PM Consultant.
Location: Remote from India
Form of employment: B2B contract
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in SAP PM with hands-on involvement in implementations, upgrades, and support projects in calibration or QM knowledge.
- Experience in SAP Configuration, Functional Specifications and Testing cycles
- Knowledge SAP systems, ABAP code understanding for debug purposes, integration infrastructures and middleware.
- High level of understanding of the latest SAP Fiori architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate efficiently with technical experts and business stakeholders, translating business needs into solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management including their data models, technical functions and methods. Knowledge in Quality Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a global enterprise in the Pharma industry, delivering ERP solutions in transformational projects with practical experience with tools like SAP Fiori, SAP Mobile Asset Management, SAP IoT services, and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards related to asset management and quality, such as ISO 55001, TQM, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail while managing projects in fast-paced environments.
- Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance global master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders and preventive Maintenance, Calibration process, Refurbishment Process.
- Experience in dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Warehouse (SAP EWM), Production, Quality Management, Finance and other external systems.
- 3+ years of hands on experience in delivering SAP cloud-based solutions in the area of EAM
- Excellent interpersonal skills in large multinational enterprise as well as experience in delivering products in agile environment
- Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
- Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.
- Experience with the system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive SAP PM and QM solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for maintenance, quality, and inspection processes.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (e.g.,QM, PP, MM,, FI/CO) and external systems.
- Optimize asset management and maintenance processes, including equipment lifecycle management, preventive/predictive maintenance, notifications, work orders, and calibration.
- Enhance quality control processes, including inspection planning, quality notifications, test equipment management, and non-conformance reporting.
- Design solutions for integration with external systems leveraging the latest SAP technical architecture.
- Collaborate to implement SAP S/4HANA strategies and leverage new functionalities such as Predictive Maintenance, IoT integration, and Digital Quality Management.
- Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, or transitions, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and flawless execution.
- Mentor team members, provide training to key users, and ensure knowledge transfer during and after implementation projects.
