About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core SEO principles with proven expertise in GEO-targeted SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies.

You’ll be responsible for boosting search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing content for both traditional search engines and modern AI-driven platforms like Google’s featured snippets and voice assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis with a focus on local (GEO) and long-tail query intent.
• Develop and execute GEO-targeted SEO strategies to rank for location-based searches.
• Optimize content for AEO – including FAQs, structured data, and featured snippet strategies.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, header tags, image alt tags, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, search-optimized content aligned with user intent.
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement and manage schema markup (structured data) to enhance visibility in rich results.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong expertise in local SEO (GEO) strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and local citations.
• Solid understanding of AEO, featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes, and voice search optimization.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
