Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate Account Manager in the Advertising Cloud team at Adobe. Your role will involve planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting, and analyzing Search, Display & Video advertising campaigns within the platform. Your expertise will be utilized to support internal client teams in establishing successful relationships with leading brands and advertisers globally. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, execute, and manage daily production tasks related to Search campaigns, including setup, launch, tracking, optimization, and QA. - Analyze search performance metrics across different engines to identify trends, develop insights, and implement data-driven optimization strategies. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on all aspects of Adobe Advertising Search, ensuring alignment with broader media strategy. - Own and maintain campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets, accurate trafficking, billing, and post-launch analysis. - Lead business reviews, performance updates, and strategic planning sessions, providing insights aligned with campaign goals and KPIs. - Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-channel integration, especially between Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Ad Cloud Search for unified campaign performance. - Evangelize Adobe's Search sales plays and use cases, demonstrating how data-driven tools enhance campaign effectiveness. - Partner with regional Client Partners to develop efficient workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. - Manage client expectations proactively, ensuring high satisfaction through issue resolution, communication, and campaign performance. - Drive medium to large initiatives from planning through execution, maintaining accountability and ownership. - Contribute to ongoing internal process improvements, documentation, and rollout of new tools and strategies. - Provide accurate and timely business reporting, maintaining transparency across performance, spend, and pacing. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of the Search Advertising Ecosystem, with experience working on Ad networks such as AdWords, Bing, and Yahoo. - Hands-on experience in driving campaign set-up, monitoring, analysis, and optimization. - Ability to interact effectively with account managers, engineers, and partners on various operational projects. - Solid experience in strategizing and defining best practices for Search advertising campaigns, including user retargeting and third-party tags. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively. - Experience presenting in front of groups and solid understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies. - Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative, negotiating tough situations, and possessing basic project management and excellent communication skills. - 3-8 years of relevant work experience.
